Before the Race

We can help you:

On Race Day

  • We can provide bib numbers and safety pins

  • We can host packet pick-up at a Bryn Mawr Running Company store (5 locations in the area)

  • Go paperless: Have participants sign in at a race kiosk or check in on a smart phone app

  • Training for race day volunteers

  • Data entry for participants

Getting Results

  • Results that can be shared online and social media

  • Finish-line videos

  • Results emailed and/or texted to participants immediately after the event

  • Race result tracking on our website

  • Provide a race report with feedback to help with future events

HOW WE CAN HELP

GROW YOUR EVENT

  • Race listing on local running club, store, and event websites (more than 35 sites)

  • Provide a cover letter template and contact information for all local running stores within a 20-mile radius of Philadelphia and Allentown

  • Letters and race applications/postcards sent to each store to be displayed

  • Email newsletter to 11,000 local runners, about 1 month before race date or at the discretion of the race director

  • Promotion of your race on Bryn Mawr Racing Company's Facebook and Instagram pages

  • Suggest other ‘grassroots’ strategies that have historically worked

  • Bryn Mawr Racing Company will provide other helpful race strategies and informative how-to videos
